Concert 7 – 9 pm.

Charlie King, a singer/songwriter from Massachusetts, often attends the annual school of the Americas watch at Fort Benning, GA.

The school trains south’s Central American military officers, many of whom have been accused of civil rights abuses including murders, rapes, tortures in contraventions of the Geneva Convention.

Our concert helps support Charlie’s trip from Massachusetts to Georgia. Charlie has been at the heart of American folk music for over 50 years while he has been an activist & political satirist. His songs have been performed by Pete Seager, Holly Near, Ronnie Gilbert, Arlo Guthrie and others.
