Sunday Service

Join us Sunday, Dec. 26th, for “Celebrating Family, Community and Culture,” with Rev. Viola Abbitt.

Join us on this first day of Kwanzaa! Much like our UU faith, Kwanzaa is based on a set of principles that touch on community, joy, sharing, unity, and thankfulness.

This service will be offered twice, with an in-person service at 9 a.m. and on Zoom at 11 a.m.
To access the service on Zoom, enter the following information: Meeting ID – 760 822 163
Password – 2021809
Or dial in by phone: +1 301 715 8592.

If you wish to attend the  9 a.m. service in our sanctuary, you must be registered. This service will have up to 40 congregants (including tech, worship associates, Safety, Ambassadors, etc.). Please be aware that gathering in person increases your risk of getting and spreading COVID-19. Masking and physical distancing will be required. CVUU will follow both the Virginia Dept. of Health (VDH) and the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines. Things can change at any time, so follow updates in the Courier. Any changes will be communicated by email.
